This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in No.155 of 2009 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Today, Mr.V.Sivapandian, GR-I 26980, E-2 Royapettah Police Station Chennai, is present before this Court.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.155 of 2009 has been completed and Final Report has been filed in C.C.No.8639 of 2010 before the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.
