ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the order dated 17.03.2016 passed by the learned III Additional District & Session Judge of Coimbatore, in C.M.A.No.3 of 2014, thereby reversing the order dated 07.01.2013 passed in I.A.No.827 of 2012 in O.S.No.56 of 2012, on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the main suit itself disposed of and therefore nothing survive in this petition.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous . There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
