This petition is filed to condone the delay of 130 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The 1st respondent remained exparte before the tribunal.

Mr.D.Bhaskaran, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall forfeit the interest for the delayed period, in the event of this court enhancing the compensation.
