O R D E R

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioner, his counsel and the respondents are present, in-person, before this Court. The first respondent was identified by the petitioner as well as by his counsel. On behalf of the respondents, the first respondent was identified by her Aadhaar Card, bearing No.483704710080, issued by the Government of India.

2. The first respondent has stated that she has received the entire arrears of maintenance amount. In proof of the same, the first respondent has filed an affidavit before this Court and the petitioner as well as the first respondent have made endorsements in the Court bundle today.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Revision Case stands disposed of, by confirming the order dated 15.09.2010 passed by the Family Court, Coimbatore, in M.C.No.123 of 2006. It is needless to state that the petitioner shall continue to pay the maintenance amount of Rs.3,000/-, Rs.1,000/- and Rs.1,000/-, (totalling Rs.5,000/-) to the respondents 1, 2 and 3, respectively, in future months, as per the order passed by the Court below. No costs. Consequently, the connected MP is closed.
