ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the licence has already been granted in favour of the petitioner, which is valid till 31.03.2022.

2. In view of the fact that the licence has already been granted and the petitioner has also made the necessary payment, no further adjudication needs to be entertained.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
