This criminal original petition is filed seeking a direction to 1st and 2nd respondents to execute the bailable warrant dated 29.11.2024 issued by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrte, Thirukkazhukundram in C.C. No. 158 of 2022 against the 3rd respondent.

When the matter is taken up, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced an E-Court adjudication in C.C. No. 158 of 2022 showing that the accused in this case, against whom a non-bailable warrant was pending, had surrendered before the Trial Court on 18.03.2026 and that the case is posted for cross-examination of P.W.1 on 27.03.2026. 3.

A copy of the said E-Court adjudication is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
