O R D E R

Ms.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate today, produced a communication of the District Elementary Education Officer, Coimbatore dated 04.03.2016, wherein it has been stated among other things that suspension period of the petitioner between 21.01.2013 and 05.03.2015 will be considered for regularisation subject to the result of the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In response to the same, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that appropriate direction may be issued to the disciplinary authority to conclude the disciplinary proceedings as expeditiously as possible.

3. In the light of the said development, the contempt petition is closed and the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner shall be concluded and final order has to be passed as expeditiously as possible. The proceeding of the District Elementary Education Officer, Coimbatore dated 04.03.2016 is taken on file and placed on record. No costs.
