This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first and second respondents to execute the Bailable Warrant dated 16.08.2019 issued by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirukkazhukundram in CC.No.150 of 2017 against the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a settlement has been arrived between the petitioner and the accused / third respondent in the case in C.C.No.150/2017 pending on the file of the learned District Munsifcum-Judicial Magistrate, Thirukazhukundram and the same has been dismissed as settled out of court.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
