O.P.Nos.273 and 274 of 2019 O.P.Nos.273 and 274 of 2019 Krishnan Ramasamy, J., Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that as far as payment of fee of Rs.4,79,125/-, towards arbitration charges for the learned Arbitrator in connection with O.P.No.273 of 2019 is concerned, the Government has issued Government Order, however, insofar as payment of fee of Rs.7,33,125/- in relation to O.P.No.274 of 2019 is concerned, Government orders are yet to be passed.

2. In view of the above, respondent shall make payment of Rs.4,79,125/- to the learned Arbitrator, on or before 14.07.2023, and since Government Order is awaited for payment of Rs.7,33,125/- in relation to O.P.No.274 of 2019, the same shall be paid as and when orders are passed. List the case on 28.07.2023.
