ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for expeditious disposal of the suit in O.S.No.218 of 2007 on the file of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate No.I, Hosur.

2. When the matter was listed before me on 20.08.2024, I called for a report from the learned District Munsif, Hosur as I wanted to know what would be the time the learned District Munsif would take to dispose of the suit.

3. In compliance with the said order, the learned District Munsif, Hosur, has sent a letter dated 03.09.2024, stating that an application was taken out for appointment of a Commissioner for scientific enquiry as listed for orders on 04.09.2024 and depending upon the said orders, he will take up the suit for disposal.

4. The suit is pending from the year 2007 and therefore, it requires utmost attention at the hands of the learned District Munsif, Hosur. Page No.2 of 4

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of requesting the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate No.I, Hosur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.218 of 2007 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
