O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif, Thirupathur, to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2022 in O.S.No.162 of 2021.

2. Heard Mr.R.Selvakumar, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. According to the learned petitioners, the learned trial Judge has granted interim injunction in their favour in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.162 of 2021. However, when the respondents tried to disobey the interim injunction orders, petitioners have moved an application in I.A.No.2 of 2022, seeking Police protection. The learned trial Judge, having heard the same, adjourned the matter from time to time, without passing any orders. The petitioner has filed a copy of the proceeding sheet before the Court. As rightly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the trial Court has adjourned this petition on several occasions, for passing the orders. The proceeding sheet is also specific that I.A.Nos.2 of 2021 and 1 and 2 of 2022 are posted on 27/4/2023 for passing orders.

4. Considering the circumstances explained by the petitioners and on Page No.2/4

perusing the material papers on record and since the learned District Munsif has already posted I.As., for orders, on 27/4/2023, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required to be given.

5. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif, Tiruppattur to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2022, positively on 27/4/2023.
