ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to grant permit to the petitioner for the migration of his mini bus permit to the route Perumanallur Kondathu Kaliamman Kovil to Anaipudur

Water Tank based on the petitioner's application dated 23.06.2025 and the subsequent reminder dated 26.02.2026 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner seeks for migration of his mini bus permit through his application dated 23.06.2025 submitted with the respondent. Subsequently, the petitioner had also sent a reminder dated 26.02.2026 to the respondent. Since the application as well as the subsequent reminder have not been considered by the respondent till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.M.Shahjahan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the petitioner's application seeking for migration of the mini bus permit, as stated supra, is considered on merits and in accordance with law after hearing all the necessary parties within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application seeking for migration of mini bus permit.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application dated 23.06.2025 seeking for grant of migration of mini bus permit to the route Perumanallur Kondathu Kaliamman Kovil to Anaipudur Water Tank covered by vehicle bearing registration No.TN-39-AZ-1661, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
