The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to send a fresh representation to the respondents 1 to 3. 2.Permission is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for by the petitioner, is granted. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
