This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for having willfully disobeyed the order passed by this Court on 11.08.2023 made in W.P.No.19605 of 2020.

2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has filed a memo of compliance dated 11.12.2024, wherein it is stated as follows: "As per the direction of this Court the same has been verified and the difference of amount towards interest of gratuity sum of Rs.2,320/- vide Cheque No.46748 dated 03.12.2024 and interest for difference in leave liability sum of Rs.2,598/- vide Cheque No.670788 dated 03.12.2024 was paid and the same was acknowledged by the petitioner. The order of this Court is complied with."
