This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 295 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A.

2.Though notice was served on the sole respondent on 05.07.2023, she had neither chosen to appear in person nor through her counsel before this Court.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petititoner.

4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned.

Hence, this Petition is ordered as prayed for.

5.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
