This application has been filed to recognize the plaintiff and the defendants 1,3,4 and 5 as the legal heirs of the deceased 6th defendant D.Ashok Kumar in TOS.No.55 of 2013.

2. It is contended that the 6th defendant viz., D.Ashok Kumar had died as a bachelor. It is further contended that the plaintiff and the defendants 1,3,4 and 5 are to be recognized as the legal heir of the deceased 6th defendant.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the respondents. The learned counsel affirmed the relationship as stated by the applicant in the above application.

4. Taking that factor into consideration, this application stands allowed. The learned counsel for the plaintiff to carryout the necessary amendment in the cause title of the suit reflecting the death of the 6th defendant and recognizing the plaintiff and the defendants 1, 3, 4 and 5 as the Class - II legal heirs of the deceased 6th defendant. 08.07.2025 gsk https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
