O R D E R

This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed by 1st respondent and to release the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the Criminal Revision Petition. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on interim bail, pending disposal of the Criminal Revision Petition, subject to the following conditions:

a) The Petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) before the Superintendent of Central Prison, Cuddalore.

b) The Petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st and 15th of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. c) The petitioner shall not move out of Tamil Nadu, without getting the leave of this Court.
