This petition has been filed seeking to relax the bail condition of anticipatory bail imposed against the petitioner / accused shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3861 of 2020 dated 25.02.2020 on the file of the Hon'ble Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.
