PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS Act, to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.28956 of 2024 dated 23.01.2025 "6(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months and apart from that, the petitioner shall appear for every hearing before the trial Court regularly without fail. If any deviation in complying any of the conditions, bail granted to the petitioner shall stand cancelled. Page No.1 of 4

ORDER
The petitioner seeks relaxation of condition no.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.28956 of 2024 dated 23.01.2025 imposed as that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months and apart from that, the petitioner shall appear for every hearing before the trial Court regularly without fail. If any deviation in complying with any of the conditions, the bail granted to the petitioner shall stand cancelled.
2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for two months.
3. The earlier condition in Crl.O.P.No.28956 of 2024 dated 23.01.2025 directs the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily Page No.2 of 4
for a period of four months. Hence, this relaxation petition cannot be entertained.
