C.M.P.No.18010 of 2019 in A.S.SR.No.24839 of 2019 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J It is contended by the petitioner that the petitioner challenged the reference Court judgment dated 18.07.2017 in LAOP.No.274/2013, 542 of 2013, 543 of 2013, 544 of 2013 by way of review. The above review was dismissed on 27.02.2018, after one year contest. Thereafter, the petitioner filed Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. But the revision was returned as not maintainable and subsequently, the present first appeal is filed.
2. In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay of 474 days stands condoned and this petition is ordered on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, on or before 15.12.2019, failing which, this petition would stand dismissed automatically.
