ORDER

The petitioner's husband is said to have died on 17.01.2015. Seeking Death Certificate, the petitioner has made representations on 22.01.2015, 05.02.2015 and 10.03.2015 to the respondent Nos.3, 2 and 1 respectively. But, as the same have not been disposed, the present writ petition has been filed.

Taking into consideration the pendency of the representations, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 05.02.2015 within a period four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
