This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in crime No. 29 of 2024 on the file of the respondent.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner forced the victim girl to drink beer and had sexual relation with her. Further, he threatened and had forcefully relation with her by showing some photos when they are are jointly taken at the time of very close. Hence, the case.
3. Heard both sides.
4. On perusal of the statement given by the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C, wherein, she stated that the petitioner had sexual intercourse with her and also taken photographs of the same in his phone and threatened her and thereafter had affair with some other girl.
