The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent had died on 26.04.2016. When this case was posted on 16.08.2016, this Court has been informed about the death of the respondent. Again when the matter was posted on 21.09.2016, the petitioners were granted time to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent.

Today there is no representation for the petitioner and no application is seen to have filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased respondent. Hence, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 12.04.2018 ds
