ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehending arrest for the alleged offence under Section 120(b) and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.322 of 2020, on the file of respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein alleged to have involved in job racketing, wherein 19 members have paid the money, out of which around Rs.48 Lakhs been fallen into the account of the petitioner and cash of Rs.14,29,000/- in the account of the petitioner herein has been diverted to 1st accused account. Both the petitioner and the 1st accused were absconding.

3. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent/states that, unless and until these petitioners were secured, the money cannot be recovered. The investigation is not yet completed and the custodial interrogation of the petitioners are necessary. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
