ORDER

This Criminal Revision petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records and set aside the order of dismissal passed by the learned Principal Special Judge under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.2555 of 2024 on 19.03.2024 and enlarge the Petitioner/Accused on bail pending investigation in Crime No.148 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.
