ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue a "No objection certificate" to run the business of Massage Parlour SPA, Beauty Parlour including the service of cross massage, in the name and style of "Montage Bali Spa", at 10, Ground Floor, Hotel MKM Rich, Royapuram Main road, Tiruppur - 641 601, by passing order on the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2024.

2. The case of the petitioner is that, the petitioner is establishing a business in the name and style of "Montage Bali Spa" to run massage parlour, spa and beauty parlour, for which, obtaining no objection certificate from the jurisdictional police is necessary. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation before the respondents dated 12.03.2024, however the same was not considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to issue a "No Objection Certificate" to run the business by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 12.03.2024, within a specified period. Page No.2 of 4

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that, the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2024 will be considered and "No Objection Certificate" will be given, if the petitioner satisfies all the requirements, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2024 seeking "No Objection Certificate" for running the business and issue "No Objection Certificate", if the petitioner satisfies all the requirements, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of "No Objection Certificate" is granted, the respondents shall not, thereafter interfere with the business of the petitioner, until it is run in accordance with law.
