This Writ Petition is filed to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue a "No Objection Certificate" to run the business of Massage Parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour including the service of cross massage, in the name and style of "The Petals Spa" at No.11/1, R.P.Complex, Puthu Thottam Main Street, Palladam Road, Tiruppur - 641 604.

2. The petitioner, after forwarding the representation dated 11.03.2024 has filed a present petition seeking direction to the respondent police to issue 'NOC' to run a Spa.

3. The COP has already issued a standing instructions and procedure for granting "NOC" for Spa. If any application for "NOC" that should be in compliance with the said standing instructions. If the petitioner comply those instructions and made proper application, same should be considered in accordance with law, as per the instruction of COP. Page No.2/4

4. With this observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 08.04.2024 Index :Yes/No.
