This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner Mahalakshmi, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the appointment of fourth respondent as Noon Meal Organizer at Vayalur Village Panchayat Elementary School and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appoint the petitioner as the Noon Meals Organizer at Vayalur Village Panchayat Elementary School.

2.Without even producing the appointment order issued to the fourth respondent, the prayer sought for by the petitioner to cancel the appointment of fourth respondent as Noon Meals Organizer at Vayalur Village Panchayat Elementary School, is absolutely misconceived. Therefore, this writ petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P. is closed.
