PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the claims of the petitioner for fixing Special Time Scale of Pay (1300-3000) in the post of Sweeper as per the Government Order (Ms) No.385, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 01.10.2010 with all consequential benefits. The petitioner is a part time Sweeper. He claims the pay of scale of Rs.1300-300 + Grade Pay Rs.300/-, as per G.O.Ms.No.385, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 01.10.2010. He made a representation dated 15.4.2015 to the respondents and has produced the postal receipt for having sent it through registered post with acknowledgment due.

2. In these circumstances, the second respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 15.4.2015, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.385, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 01.10.2010 and also as per G.O.(Ms)No.653, Home Department, dated 07.08.2009, wherein all the part-time sweepers numbering 1149 in Home Department were granted the time scale of pay i.e. Rs.1300- 3000 + Rs.300/- Grade Pay and also as per my order dated 04.08.2014 in Rev.Aplw.No.207 of 2014 in W.P.No.13168 of 2013, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
