O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2015 affording due opportunity to the respondents 4 to 6 and to pass orders in accordance with law on merits within the time frame. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Even though the petitioner has submitted his representation to the respondents 1 to 3 dated 21.04.2015, the respondents 1 to 3 have not taken any action to dispose of the same, which prompted the petitioner to move this Court for the above direction. 3.Considering the limited scope of prayer, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.04.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and after conducting enquiry, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
