This matter came up for consideration before this Court on 12.06.2025. As there was no representation for the petitioner, the same was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, inspite of matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner. 2.

In the circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. In addition to the same, it is also brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the relief sought in this writ petition has become infructuous.

In the light of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
