The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 21.12.2017 of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.28846 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the order of this Court dated 21.12.2017 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint came to be registered in FIR No.428 of 2018 dated 27.06.2018.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed.
