This petition has been filed seeking for a direction, to direct the learned Sessions Judge, ((Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases registered under the SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Villupuram, to consider the petitioner bail application on the same day of his surrender in connection with a case in Crime No.13 of 2020, on the file of the respondent.

2. The offence involved is under Section 302 of IPC along with the SC & ST offences and therefore this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, the same is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
