This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to amend the offence as Sections 8(c), 22(b) @ 22(c) r/w 29(1) of NDPS Act instead of Sections 8(c), 20(b) (ii) (b) r/w 29(1) of NDPS Act in the order made in Crl.OP.No.5933 of 2025 dated 12.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondent and perused the order dated 12.03.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.5933 of 2025.

Having satisfied with the averments made in the supporting affidavit, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and Registry is directed to amend the offence as 'Sections 8(c), 22(b) @ 22(c) r/w 29(1) of NDPS Act" instead of "Sections 8(c), 20(b) (ii) (b) r/w 29(1) of NDPS Act", in the order dated 12.03.2025 in Crl.OP. No. 5933 of 2025 and issue a fresh order copy forthwith. 14.03.2025 Note:
