ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.01.2024 and pass Orders on the said representation.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special 1/4

Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the father of the petitioner purchased the subject property vide sale deed dated 17.09.71 and ever since the purchase of the property, the petitioner's family are in possession and enjoyment of the property. The petitioner gave a representation to the respondent on 22.01.2024 to the respondent seeking issuance patta for the land. However, the same has not been considered by the respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.01.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 04.04.2024 vrc 2/4
