.. Respondent Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to issue summon and punish the respondent for his act of contempt of court for deliberately disobeying the order dated 16.09.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.23391 of 2015 by this Court.

O R D E R
On 28.07.2016, this Court passed the following order:
"Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Nithya, the petitioner is present before this Court.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent
police have registered a case in Cr.No.456 of 2016 of 07.07.2016 u/s 498-A & 309 IPC against Parthiban and 4 others.
Mr.A.Raghunathan, learned Senior Counsel, produced a photocopy of the Discharge Summary attested by the Medical Officer, Govt. Hospital, Thiruppathur, which also does not contain the words "patient discharged at request".
Therefore, on the strength of this attested medical certificate, he submitted that Nithya has not fabricated the Discharge Summary. Nithya has also filed an affidavit to that effect.
Mr.J.Nagarajan, learned counsel for the accused would submit that the accused is intending to file a quash petition to quash the FIR in Cr.No.456/2016.
In view of the above, post on 04.08.2016 for orders at 2.15 p.m."
2. On perusal of the Discharge Summary that has been obtained by Nithya, this Court is convinced that there is no alteration or manipulation in the photocopy that has been filed in the Court. Hence, this aspect is closed.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the police have complied with the order dated 16.09.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23391 of 2015 and FIR in Cr.No.456 of 2016 has been registered on 07.07.2016 for offences u/s 498-A and 309 IPC.
4. In view of the above, this contempt petition is
closed.
