ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet made in Spl. C.C. No.99 of 2019 pending on the file of Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Cuddalore.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as there is no instructions from the client regarding their appearance, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
