For Petitioner : Mr.Srinath Sridevan For R1 : Labour Court For R4 : Mr.D.Senthil Kumar COMMON ORDER The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondents, who claim to be the employees of M/s.Data Software Research Company Private Limited, which is the second respondent herein, would submit that pending the writ petitions, the main industrial dispute itself came to be closed, through an Award dated 19.02.2019. According to the learned counsel for the fourth respondents/employees, the Award had mulcted the liability on the second respondent, namely M/s.Data Software Research Company Private Limited.
2. The petitioner herein is aggrieved against the order passed in the interim applications in I.A.Nos.70 and 71 of 2013, whereby they were impleaded as a party respondent.
3. Since the main industrial disputes itself have now been concluded and also since the liability has not been mulcted on the petitioner, who is the impleaded respondent, the writ petitioner may not have any further grievance. Even otherwise, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petitions challenging the interim applications when the main industrial dispute itself has concluded.
4. Accordingly, the writ petitions stand dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
