Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India petitioner prayed that this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to process the Educational Loan Application of the 1st petitioner presented to the 2nd respondent on 06.08.2016 and disburse the eductational loan to the 1st petitioner.

ORDER
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the case of the writ petitioners were considered by the respondents and the educational loan has been sanctioned. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. This being the factum of the case, the grievances of the writ petitioners are already redressed and no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
