ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.72 of 2019 pending on the file of respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction submitted that the FIR was registered under Section 174 of Cr.P.C and the enquiry was conducted. It was found that the deceased had died due to drowning and accordingly closure report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal on 15.05.2019.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.
