ORDER

By this writ petition, the petitioner challenges an order of cancellation of registration dated 28.07.2023 and orders issued thereafter and also seeks revocation of such cancellation.

2. Mr.V.Prashanth Kiran, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice for the respondent. He has placed on record an order 2/4

dated 26.03.2024 of the Deputy Commissioner (ST) GST - Appeals. By such order, the appeal was allowed and the GST registration of the petitioner was restored subject to the terms and conditions specified therein. As such, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

3. W.P.No.8603 of 2024 is, therefore, disposed of by taking note of the aforesaid development. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.9565 and 9568 of 2024 are closed.
