O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioners sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect in the memorandum of grounds of the Civil Revision Petition. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners may be given liberty to contest the application in I.A.No.156 of 2014 in O.S.No.202 of 1998 on the file of the Sub Court, Madurantakam . 3.It is always open to the petitioners to contest the application in I.A.No.156 of 2014 by filing a counter and making their submissions before the trial Court. It is needless to say that the trial Court shall consider the case of both parties and dispose of the application, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 31.07.2015. The petitioners shall file their counter on or before 10.06.2015, before the trial Court.

4.In view of the endorsement made, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
