PRAYER: Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the fair and decretal order dated 02.07.2015, 13.08.2015 made in I.A.Nos.309 & 379 of 2015 in O.S.No.196 of 2005 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Gudiyattam, Vellore District.

For Petitioner : Mr.T.Dhanyakumar (no instruction) For R1 : Mr.G.Vinodh Kumar For R2 and R3 : No appearance COMMON ORDER The present two Civil Revision Petitions are filed against the fair and decretal order dated 02.07.2015 and 13.08.2015 passed in I.A.Nos.309 and 379 of 2015 in O.S.No.196 of 2005 seeking permission to let in additional evidence and to file additional written statement.

2. When the Civil Revision Petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that now the suit in O.S.No.196 of 2005 filed by the respondents was decreed on 05.11.2016. Against the said judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.196 of 2005, the petitioner filed A.S.No.2 of 2017 and the same is pending before the Subordinate Court, Gudiyattam.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner took adjournment to get instruction to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. Today, he has reported no instructions.

4. Recording the above submissions made by both sides, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 27.10.2017 kj To The District Munsif Gudiyattam, Vellore District.
