O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 409, 420 and 120(B) of IPC, in Crime No. 110 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court by order dated 16.06.2020 has granted an order of interim anticipatory bail with the following condition that "the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the defacto complainant within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and further deposit an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- to the defacto complainant within four weeks thereafter and had directed the matter to be listed today i.e., 03.08.2020. He would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the condition as ordered by this Court due to the present Covid19 pandemic situation and submit that he is not pressing the application.
