ORDER
The petitioner/A4, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 379, 430 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulations) Act 1957 in Crime No.811 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and prays for dismissal of this petition.

When this Court expressed its mind that it is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought for permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 16.06.2020 Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/No vkr
