Perused the report of the learned Judge who had stated that I.A.No.01 of 2020 in H.M.O.P.No.149 of 2019 had been posted for filing of counter on 10.06.2021. However, Mr.Ma.P.Thangavel, learned counsel for the revision petitioner states that counter has already been filed on 19.01.2021. 2.A direction is therefore issued to the learned Sub Judge, Thiruchengode to examine the fact and dispose of I.A.No.01 of 2020 in H.M.O.P.No.149 of 2019 after following due process of law on or before 30.09.2021.

3.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
