Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the dispute between parties has been settled and E.P.No.33 of 2019 was terminated by the Trial Court on 10.08.2021, the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
