ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for Contempt of Court for willful disobedience of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.16724 dated 09.07.2014.
2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. Today, Mr.R.Sampath, Sub-Inspector of Police (Crime), H-4, Korukkupet Police Station, Chennai, is present before this Court.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that pursuant to the order dated 09.07.2014 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16724 of 2014, the respondent police registered a case on the complaint dated 13.03.2013 given by the petitioner in Cr.No.457 of 2014 on 17.08.2014 for offences under Sections 406,420,506(i) IPC and after completing the investigation, they filed a closure report before XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, after service of RCS notice in RCS.No.07 of 2015 on the petitioner/defacto complainant.
Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the contempt petition is closed.
