2. This Court, on 27.01.2015 had dismissed the revision petition filed by the tenant.
3. Mr.M.L. Joseph, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the children of the tenant are attending school and therefore, seeks time to vacate the petition premises.
4. Mr. H. Rajasekar, learned counsel for the respondents objected granting of time to the tenant. However, considering the fact that the children of the tenant are attending school, this Court is inclined to grant time till 15.06.2015. Further, the tenant is directed to pay the entire arrears of rent within a period of four weeks from today and continue to pay the rent regularly. gv 17.02.2015
