The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 27.07.2017 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12049 of 2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the order of this Court dated 27.07.2018 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and the same came to be closed on 10.10.2018.
